  • 1 frozen banana, sliced
  • ¾ cup vanilla-flavored almond milk
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder


For best results, we recommend using:


  1. Blend banana, almond milk, almonds, and cocoa powder in a high-powdered blender until smooth. Alternately, place ingredients in the chopper attachment of an immersion blender and blend until smooth.
Mealthy tip:

Try adding different mix-ins, such as almond butter, a scoop of protein powder, chia seeds, hemp seeds or flax seeds. You can also prepare this smoothie using different nut and nut milk combinations—cashews, hazelnuts or even pecans would also be delicious.
