When you are ready to upgrade your taco meat from ground beef with that packet of taco seasoning, I suggest you look to this recipe. So much more flavor and texture. Can also just go on rice. You know, if it ain't Tuesday.

My first try with the pressure cooker. Very easy and strait forward. Texture and taste very much as advertised. Will make it again for sure. Might even try with red grapefruit instead of oranges, aiming for a more peppery taste. Still awesome!
