I really loved this salad! The lemon chicken was phenomenal. Lemon, garlic, and white wine is always a winning combination. The black quinoa was also a nice complement to this dish. I've only ever tried white and red quinoa, so this was a nice change.

My favorite part of this dish was the lemon chicken. Great flavor and tender meat. This recipe probably tastes great with any type of quinoa or even farro, if you are unable to find black quinoa. Delicious dish, impressive.
