Directions

Mealthy Tip

Don't have coconut butter? Make your own by adding shredded, unsweetened coconut to a food processor and process until a puree forms, 1 to 2 minutes. Top these tasty parfaits with additional raspberries and coconut flakes before freezing for added flavor.

I really liked these, they are my new favorite snack. I had all the ingredients in my pantry, and it was simple easy to make. Peanut butter and raspberry was a suprisingly delicious combination. Next time I will probably try strawberry.

So addicting! Peanut butter and jelly anything is always a huge hit at my house. I love that these don't have any added refined sugar. That's always a plus.

This are really yummy. They stayed really moist even which baked. I did this with blueberries instead of raspberries, really good!
