These pork chops with mashed potatoes and gravy were amazing! Reminds me of the recipe that my grandmother used to make when I was a kid. I love the convenience of cooking the chops and potatoes at the same time. I have yet to find another recipe that does it better than this!

Can't go wrong with mashed potatoes and gravy. I don't eat a lot of pork, but must admit these chops were very good. We went with a very thick cut, and it cooked nicely in the pressure cooker on top of the potatoes.

The meal came out perfectly. The pork chops were moist and tender. I just used a Hidden Valley Ranch packet for seasoning. The potatoes and gravy were super flavorful!

The thicker the chop the better though you may have to adjust the cooking time some. Ours were pretty thick. Great as a complete meal, all that’s missing are veggies.

Super easy and yummy! Our chops (pork loin boneless ribeye chop) were on the thinner smaller side, and they came out incredibly tender! We also used 6 medium-sized potatoes. The potatoes were easy to mash and came out very flavorful. We weren’t super crazy about the gravy, so we added some leftover milk gravy from a previous pork dinner and it turned out to be delicious! I will totally use this recipe for a busy weekday supper!

My chops were a little dry, but the mashed potatoes were AMAZING! I used 1 TBSP of butter and did 3 TBSP sour cream - just a personal preference! Yum!!

This was the first meal I cooked with my new Mealthy and we loved it! It was a little spicy for our family but the tenderness of the pork chops and wonderful flavor it imparted into the mashed potatoes was amazing. Next time i will cut down the amount of red pepper flakes but this is going to be a staple in our house!

We loved this recipe! I omitted the milk from the potatoes and used 2TBS of sour cream instead because it would have been too thin with milk. I also threw in a basket on top with cauliflower and carrots to add some more veggies to our meal. The whole family enjoyed it, even our two year old!

This is a great meal! But with the high fat content of pork I let the broth cool to skim off the excess before making the sauce . I also omitted the butter in the potatoes. Delicious!!

My favorite recipe so far! Pork was tender and mashed potatoes were delicious!!! Next time I will make a few chops without the red pepper flake so the little ones can enjoy the chops as well. I like the heat from the red pepper flake but was a little too much for the little ones. Will definitely be making this again!

Great recipe! Delicious and easy. I didn’t bother with the gravy, just reduced the liquid leftover after taking out potatoes and meat. Will definitely make again and want to try with a different meat.

Yum! I used white onion because a whole cup of yellow onion seemed like a lot and I was nervous. The pork chops were cutting like butter, so good. Next time I’m not going to put red pepper flakes in the seasoning, at least not 2 teaspoons in the mix...too much. Great Recipe with those tiny changes

As mentioned by others, this was my first Instant Pot meal. I followed the recipe, which was clear in the directions and easy for a first time. It was not a hit for me large family. Three issues: while the pork chops were fall-apart tender, they were dry. And in future, I’ll be looking at seasoning without so much red pepper. The potatoes were tender, too tender. We aren’t a gravy family, so that was skipped.

First recipe in my new instant pot and it was excellent! I used half the amount of red pepper due to previous review about being too spicy. Half was perfect. Potatoes were strange alone but having a bit potatoes, bit of pork chop, slathered with gravy and together was very flavorful. Definitely will be making this one again.
