Mealthy Tip

Nine minutes will yield a sprout with a bit of bite, while 12 minutes will yield sprouts that are soft in the middle but crispy on the outside.

Want to jazz up your sprouts? In my photo, I kept it simple and drizzled my best extra-virgin olive oil and Maldon salt over my sprouts. After frying your sprouts, you could garnish them with Parmesan cheese and balsamic glaze (like I did here), or toss them in ponzu sauce and top with sliced green onions for an Asian-inspired treat!

Loved these. Next time, I will cook for 10 minutes. 12 minutes was a little too well done.

Loved this! And only took 10 minutes! Best bfast meal ever for me. I added balsamic vinegar in the recipe and it hits the point! Will be making this a lot of time.

Crispy with a hint of natural sweetness brought out in the roasting process.

Kara May says:

These do not taste "deep-fried", but are still tasty. Be careful not to overcrowd your basket (like I did the first time) or they will simply steam and get a little browned. I was careful and made sure there was lots of room for batch two, and they were better... but still not "deep-fried", hence the three-star rating.
