  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract


For best results, we recommend using:


  1. Combine cream, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Whisk mixture on High using an immersion blender fitted with the whisk attachment until soft peaks form, 1 to 3 minutes.
Mealthy tip:

This whipped cream is also good if you add a touch of cinnamon. Try honey instead of maple syrup for a different flavor.
