Mealthy Tip

These ribs are great served as an appetizer, but they also make a great meal too. Cook up some fluffy white rice in the pressure cooker and a side of pickled vegetables, and you've got yourself a meal!

If you follow a strict gluten-free diet, be sure the barbeque sauce that you choose doesn't have any gluten or forms of gluten in it.

When the weather didn't cooperate and I wanted ribs I jumped on the net and came across this recipe. The ribs came out PERFECT!!! Super tender and lots of flavor. I made my own sauce so that added a few more ingredients but these were terrific.

I made this recipe tonight for a family dinner. I think it’s probably only the second time I’ve ever made ribs, and the first time in a pressure cooker. The recipe was easy to follow and the ribs were tender - everyone enjoyed them. I used both my 6-quart and 8-quart pots and divided a large package of dry rub pork spareribs from Costco between the two pots. I added a red bell pepper to the onion, apple juice and water. We fed 10 people without much leftovers. Thank you for this wonderfully easy recipe!
