Air Fryer Crispy Chicken Thighs
- 1½ pounds chicken thighs (4 to 5 thighs)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place chicken pieces skin side down in air fryer basket and cook at until chicken is golden brown, about 18 minutes. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature is 165°F (75°C).
Squeeze a lemon or lime over the crispy chicken thighs just before serving for a fresh flavor. Top with chopped fresh parsley or fresh cilantro for added color and flavor.
Add a sprinkle of paprika for color and flavor or cayenne pepper for a hint of heat.
