Simple and easy. Added a few more minutes underside and just 15 top side. Not quite enough on the top so next time a little longer. Used skin on and bone in thighs.

Made it without skin, after seasoning we coated the top side with mayonnaise which served to brown the meat. So good! Very moist and 20 min was just right for 6 thighs.
