  • 1½ pounds chicken thighs (4 to 5 thighs)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder


  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Place chicken pieces skin side down in air fryer basket and cook at until chicken is golden brown, about 18 minutes. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature is 165°F (75°C).
Mealthy tip:

Squeeze a lemon or lime over the crispy chicken thighs just before serving for a fresh flavor. Top with chopped fresh parsley or fresh cilantro for added color and flavor.

Add a sprinkle of paprika for color and flavor or cayenne pepper for a hint of heat.
