I haven't tried this but if you put the chicken in breast side down how do you tuck the legs and wings "UNDER" the bird?

The fact I can fit a whole chicken in my air fryer, I am already basically winning at life! I did make a few changes. I let the chicken marinate with buttermilk overnight for extra tender meat. It turns out a lot like rotisserie chicken, I love it.

This recipe was great, but I had problems with the cooking time. I follow the instructions and cooked for 45 min. The chicken had a beautiful crispy skin but was still raw inside. So I flipped the chicken and cooked another 40 minutes. I still need to play with the cooking time, because I don’t think it needed 40 min. Will try 20-30 minutes after flipping next time. But the flavors are amazing, and I love not heating up the kitchen while roasting a chicken! For clarity, the chicken was taken out of the fridge right before pre (maybe it should’ve been room temperature?), and I have a 6Q pot.
