This was DELICIOUS. I used country style ribs. I served it with homemade corn tortillas and it was a big hit. Will definitely be making again. I did broil the meat for a few minutes to brown it after I took it out of the Mealthy. Awesome recipe.

These ribs were not dry at all, and the salsa verde on top was perfect. I would have never thought to put salsa on ribs but it works. This was also my first time making ribs in the pressure cooker, but now it's my preferred method!
