Mealthy Tip

Add more sriracha if you love things spicy! If you have sesame seeds, sprinkle some on top after you brush the salmon for the second time.

It's important to spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray - the sugar in the soy sauce glaze will make it stick to the basket if you don't.

I cut this recipe in half to make a healthy and delicious dinner for two. I served it with the air fryer broccolini recipe from this website. It was really good! The fish was cooked perfectly.

Harvey Calahan says:

So good! I skipped the sriracha and topped it with sesame seeds. Pairs perfectly with veggies or a salad. I think this is my favorite recipe!

Lyn Rajala says:

The topping recipe was very good and simple to make. However the recipe calls for air frying at 360° but my new CrispLid does not have temperature increments that allow for that. I only have 25° increments. Why is that??

Ralph Lauren says:

You're an idiot Lyn Rajala! Why give 4 stars because your cheap air fryer cant increment in 10 degrees? You should be complaining to company that made your air fryer! Now back to our regular scheduled programming! The recipe was on point and I omitted the sriracha as I like my soy glazed to be on the sweet side. Nevertheless the recipe was simple and delicious. I ended up cooking at 390F for 9 mins and adding 1 more minute after I measured internal temp (which was hovering at 115F-120F).

At the risk of Ralph L. calling me out (calm down man it’s an air fryer recipe thread!) I would give this 4 stars too given that it’s on Mealthy’s app and they don’t manufacture lids that cook in increments of 10. Sometimes it’s tough to know whether to go down 10 degrees or up 15. That being said! I did 350 for 10 mins and it was cooked *perfectly* Great with a big side salad. Did a quarter of the sriracha as our kiddos don’t like spicy, turned out well with a nice flavour but minimal heat. Yum!
