Mealthy Tip

Substitute chicken breasts for chicken thighs and cook for same amount of time. Substitute 1 tablespoon butter or ghee for olive oil for chicken for a buttery taste. 

Optional: add ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese and freshly ground pepper on top of zucchini noodles.

I subbed boneless chicken breast for the bone-in thighs. I would cook the chicken less time since it was boneless, it was a little dry. But otherwise a delicious recipe! Definitely will make again.

Plug the ingredients into your own software...I don't think the protein count is accurate. ONE thigh has like 25+ g protein.

I don't even really like or enjoy chicken, I eat it out of necessity so I can get my protein requirements since I don't do soy and I'm not big into meat altogether. This recipe changed that! This is the most delicious, nutritious, and quick recipe that satisfies my protein requirement EVER! Totally love it! Will have it weekly from now on!

I made this recipe as per the directions. The chicken wasn’t crispy rather stewed. But very tasty. I chose this recipe because it had the spiral zucchini and I wanted to try out my new spiraler. They were delicious. Would make the noodles again.
