Haven’t tried it yet but doesn’t say how much chicken. You need to know because the ingredients change depending on how many people you are serving. Just selected 4 stars so I can submit the question

Lauren Alberts says:

I subbed boneless chicken breast for the bone-in thighs. I would cook the chicken less time since it was boneless, it was a little dry. But otherwise a delicious recipe! Definitely will make again.

A good meal with great flavor and quick enough for a week night!

We loved this! Used smoked paprika. Topped the chicken and the zucchini noodles with freshly grated parmigiano reggiano. It was easy to make and delicious!

This turned out great. Husband loved it. I did boneless thighs, came out tender and moist.

Plug the ingredients into your own software...I don't think the protein count is accurate. ONE thigh has like 25+ g protein.

Shelly Scordato says:

It tasted great and was tender, but it wasn’t crisp for us.

Natalie Paraskevopoulos says:

I don't even really like or enjoy chicken, I eat it out of necessity so I can get my protein requirements since I don't do soy and I'm not big into meat altogether. This recipe changed that! This is the most delicious, nutritious, and quick recipe that satisfies my protein requirement EVER! Totally love it! Will have it weekly from now on!

I have not made this because I am questioning the nutritional value - 6 grams of protein seems low and can’t figure out why it has 837 mg sodium- all comments are appreciated

This sounds great but does the chicken get crisp??

Jodie Fishbein says:

I made this recipe as per the directions. The chicken wasn’t crispy rather stewed. But very tasty. I chose this recipe because it had the spiral zucchini and I wanted to try out my new spiraler. They were delicious. Would make the noodles again.

How does this work with a Meathly Crisplid? Thanks.

One of me and my husbands favorite meals! I usually use 6 chicken skinless boneless thighs and adjust the seasoning and veggies accordingly! Has turned out great every single time. I have yet to try it with the thighs with skin because I love the skinless recipe so much. Maybe one day! Thank you for the amazing recipe! :)

I used chicken breast for the recipe. I don’t usually have bone in chicken meat on hand. I liked it a lot and will be making it again. I added a little bit of crushed rosemary to the chicken seasoning and it came out great. Reduce the time for chicken breasts by 2 min for a 10 min cook time. It will be a little more moist if you do.
