This was amazing soup! Had a ton of dill and wanted something tangy. I thickened it with some corn starch and added some lemon pepper and a dash of red pepper flakes - took out the red bell pepper because I think they are awful and added in 2 mild seeded jalapenos. Absolutely could still taste every unique flavor. Also cooked some saffron rice in my other pressure cooker (yes, I'm on of those) and added the soup over the rice. Wonderful mixture of flavors. Would love to play round with this recipe some more and try different things.
