Love these herby potatoes! You don't need to do a whole lot to them and they turn out delicious. They're the perfect side dish to Sunday dinner, even for the pickiest of eaters.

These potatoes turned out perfect this weekend when I made them to go with a smoked ribeye roast. I used mixed colored fingerling potatoes instead of white or red and the results were amazing. I used the listed seasonings but when they were finished cooking I added some grated Parmesan cheese.
