I cooked 8 soft boiled eggs in the Mealthy pressure cooker. Coated eggs as per these instructions but cooked them under the CrispLid. Using the low trivet, cook at 375º for 10 minutes, turn and 10 minutes more. I served them with a Bar Sauce of mayonnaise, soy sauce, dry mustard,and prepared horseradish. Just perfect!
