I used this recipe to make Mexican style corn with the mayonnaise, parmesan, cilantro, and chili power seasoning. This is a really easy way to quick corn without having to wait for water to boil or for the oven to heat up. I'm all about simplifying which is why I love this recipe so much! It comes out just like grilled corn.
