I've been making fried dumplings all wrong! The air fryer makes these perfectly crisp without being all oily. I really liked the vegetable stuffing mixture too. I used tamari instead of soy sauce. Perfect as a side or appetizer.

Really good veg momos! I served it with a spicy tomato chutney on the side. This was my first time having them "fried" but I really like it.
