So yummy! My kids ate most of them and they did not even complain about the crushed pistachios inside. They weren't too sweet, even when soaked in the simple syrup. The batter/dough wasn't what I was expecting so I thought I did something wrong but once I put them in the air fryer they came out perfect. They reminded me of donut holes, but better.

These are sooo good! I was hesitant at first but these are one of my husband's favorite foods so I decided to make them. My favorite part is probably the pistachios added to the batter and crumbled on top. It's such a delicious flavor, oh my! Can't wait to make them again. Also, depending on your air fryer, the cooking time may vary so I keep a close eye on it so I don't accidentally burn the batch because they brown quickly in the last few minutes.
