Love this recipe! I make banana bread all the time, but there is something about the compact convenience of an air fryer that makes it my favorite cooking method. This recipe is perfect. The bread comes out perfectly cooked and browned on top. The 6-inch cake pan makes small, but thick slices of banana bread that's perfect for breakfast or a sweet snack. I skipped the walnuts but made no other changes and am super happy with the way it turned out.

I have tried a number of different banana bread recipes in the air fryer, but this one is by far the best. You would not know that this is an "air fryer" recipe, as it tastes just like it would baked in your oven. Lots of good, warm flavor.

This was delicious but needed a little more time. The center was still wet at 30 min. Will make it again! I added peanut butter chips and the kids loved it!

I only made half the recipe, and used a smaller pan, because I only have a 2 qt. basket. The recipe itself was delicious, but unfortunately the top was cooked well before the bottom. So I took it out and just ate the top! What size air fryer did you use?

This by far is the best banana bread ever. Added nuts to the mix as well as top, also it took. About 50 mins in my cosori air fryer oven at 310 but the results were well worth the wait, absolutely delicious, also pecans are very good as well, if I could give I would thanx so muchfor the awesome recipe Bonne

I've always made banana bread/cake and this one is the best recipe I've come across so far. I changed the sugar into manuka honey and gave it a more earthy flavor, just the right amount of sweetness and replaced the nuts with shredded dark chocolates. Used evaporated milk instead of whole milk, and no vanilla but still maintained the rest of the ingredients.
