I love this recipe. The ketchup and Worcestershire go excellent together. The pasta does great in it but I’ve also substituted the pasta for chopped red potatoes and added carrots. You don’t need as much water if do potatoes though -I had to add cornstarch slurry which was simple fix. I do cook longer than 7 min though so the meat is super tender (25 min). I would highly recommend!

Very good! A little on the sweet side. Next time I’m going to try adding green peppers for a more complete dish.

Jacquie Baker says:

Meh. The liquid soaked right into the pasta and didn’t leave much sauce to be desired at all (or any). Decent flavour but needs some tweaking I think.

Honestly after making this and eating it I feel really bad for any one who grew up Hungarian that had to eat this. Hard pass for me.

It was such a easy and nice dish to make! Definitely a winter dinner which we needed! Tweaked: pressure cooked the meat alone (10min) Then added the macaroni Also added some diced carrots and green pepper. Finished it off with black pepper. Will most definitely make this again. Thank you!
