No need to ever buy a rotisserie chicken from the grocery anymore. I am so glad that the CrispLid exists, making it super easy to crisp up the skin without having to turn the oven on.

Melissa Boyes says:

Excellent. I put a quartered lemon and some garlic in the chicken cavity. Great flavors and juicy. Next time I would save the chicken stock/onion/garlic mixture and pour over chicken once it is deboned.

Making rotisserie chicken in my new CrispLid is a total game changer. I absolutely love this recipe, it's definitely changed the way I approach dinnertime.

I would only use this recipe if I needed chicken for another recipe. Not a fan of rubber chicken.
