This was super yummy and a delicious week night meal paired with a side salad. The only think is that I think I used smaller shrimp because 15 mins was too long for cooking. I did 10 mins, flipping halfway through, and they came out perfectly crisp. Any longer and they would’ve burned.

I have one problem. I followed the recipe for making boiled eggs for me turned out soft the only thing I did wrong was a quick release. Because that make that much of a difference I don’t have an egg setting on my instant pot. Beth

This recipe is great! The only thing that I did differently was to use a mixture of chickpea flour, cornflake breadcrumbs and panko. It is simple and easy to make. The coconut flakes can burn easily (I’ve learned this in the past), so be sure to monitor as you are air-frying!
