My husband loves fried chicken and this recipe makes it so easy! I am a nutritionist, and love that the chicken isn't deep-fried but still crispy! It's a win-win situation.

I love fried chicken, but do not like all the grease when it's deep fried. This version is very good and reminds me of oven fried chicken, but tastier! So crunchy, I love it. Great flavor. Thanks Mealthy!

I was not expecting much but was quite pleasently surprised. I tossed cauliflower and spices and sauteed them in the bottom of the pressure cooker for five munutes, then made the chicken as per the recipe and served with some leftover fried rice. Delicious! This recipe is a keeper,
