This is the perfect recipe for get-togethers because it is so quick! After doing a little research, I found that orange marmalade can be substituted for the yuzu jam if you can't find it in your local store.

I'm not a big wing person but I made this for my husband wants and now it's one of his favorite cooking methods for wings. The Korean glaze is so tasty, I double the recipe and make boneless wings for myself. Really good!

This is such an easy, healthy way to fix "fried" drummies and wings. I used the 2 person quantities but we found we would have liked more of the yummy sauce so next time will definitely increase that. Rather than soy sauce, I always sub coconut aminos which has a fraction of the sodium and is gluten free.
