I have to say that I was bit apprehensive about the idea of cooked avocado. But I am sold! The crispness of the outside is a perfect balance with the creamy avocado center.

I am totally addicted to these CrispLid avocado fries. They are so tasty. Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Just when I didn't think avocados couldn't get any better! I also really love the dipping sauce, yum!

These turned out very well. Crunchy on outside, creamy on inside. A great way to use avocados.
