Should you drain grease from ground beef after sautéing. Do you use Kosher Salt or regular table salt? Thank you.

Kristal Hughes says:

Every single component of this recipe tastes amazing! The CrispLid browns the top perfectly. In the past, I would accidentally leave my lasagna in the oven too long and was left with a burnt crust on top which my kids refused to eat. This recipe is so easy to make and super delicious, the entire family loves it.

This turned out pretty great! The crisper did the top perfectly. I would be sure to use a beef with higher fat and full fat cottage cheese. I went low fat on both and missed a bit of the flavor.
