Hello Caroline, Many thanks. Using your guidelines my 'chicky boobs' as the hubby calls them are quite delicious. I usually only cook 4 - 4.5 oz portions and have reduced the cooking time abit and turn them about halfway. I've been using 7" round perforated 'airfryer' parchment paper sheets & find I don't need to grease the basket; and, cleanup is much easier.
