Mealthy Tip

You can skip the chili powder and garlic powder if you are looking for a simpler flavor. Salt and black pepper are just fine!

Ursula Myers says:

It was ok. Relatively easy to make except for the cleanup. Kind of like home fries at our pancake restaurant. But I have to say I much prefer parboiled potatoes and pan fried with onions.

Aileen Leung says:

Made it as the recipe stated but omitted salt (special diet). Came out crispy just as I wanted! The crisplid could only fit enough diced potatoes from two small potatoes. Might try adding diced onion and peppers next time.
