Absolutely loved the a Shrimp Risotto done in the Multipot and yes, I did modify it slightly. Just before the cooking process was started I added one anchovy strip, a half teaspoon of shrimp paste, and a few drops of fish sauce. It was sooo yummy. I will also add an extra half cup of stock next time to make it a little more moist. ... My family still can’t believe that you can do Risotto in a pressure cooker ... 5 stars Mealthy.
