Chicken was moist and delicious but. I would've given it 5-stars but it didn't look as appetizing as it does in the picture. Try as I might, I couldn't get it to look as golden brown as the picture. Mine had a few dark brown spots but the rest had the grayish pallor of cold oatmeal. I tried drizzling batches with more oil, longer heat times, etc. Not sure why it wouldn't brown correctly.
