I used avocado oil and reduced the amounts of cumin to 1/4 teas. and the red pepper to a little over 1/8 teas. after finding the recommended amounts to be too much for our taste. I also paused the cook time in the middle to turn the fries over for more even browning. The final result was fantastic!
