This was fast and easy. I used .5t Kashmiri chili and the heat was perfect for us. Everyone thought it too salty, so next time I make this I’ll cut down the salt to .5t. Tasty and fast; I used the broiler so this was done in 6 minutes vs 3 rounds of 8 minutes under the CrispLid. If we were making this just for 1 or 2 people one load under the CrispLid would’ve worked.
