I recommend using only a few drumsticks and also subbing chicken thigh pieces cut into quarters. Also I know this weird but I never use a dry white wine when cooking. I only use moscato and the flavor with the broth is amazing . Also add some greens on the side like Swiss char or spinach. It give it a nice hearty flavor.

I thought it was gross and tasted like cheap wine despite buying a decent bottle. It also does not work to use drumsticks like she has in the picture, as all the meat fat skin and gristle ends up cooking off the bone and ends up in the soup. The potatoes also disintegrate at the recommended cooking time.
