This is more of a question than a review. I see lime juice in step 1 of the Directions, but it is not listed in the ingredients. How much lime juice is used in this recipe?

This was a delicious dish. The only problem I has was when it was time to pressure cook the rice, it showed pressure cooking on screen but there was no pressure. Maybe the sauce was to thick so I wound up doing the rice in the microwave. Still came out good though.
