Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek-style yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon brown or yellow mustard seeds
  • 5 radishes, diced small
  • 10 mint leaves, minced

Directions

  1. Heat a small skillet on medium-low. Toast mustard seeds in skillet, shaking the skillet constantly to prevent burning, until lightly browned, about 2 minutes; transfer to a small mixing bowl to cool.
  2. Stir yogurt, radish, mint, and toasted mustard seeds together in a bowl; season with salt and pepper.
Mealthy tip:

Toasting the mustard seeds really brings out their flavor. Try this when adding seeds like cumin and fennel to other recipes.
