Mealthy Tip

Try a peeled lime instead of the lemon for a different flavor. If you're feeling especially tough, juice your citrus with the peel on. The juice will be quite bitter, but packed with nutrients that you'd otherwise miss. Or amp up the green by adding a handful of spinach.
