  • 1 green apple
  • 2 celery stalks
  • ½ lemon, peeled
  • 5 carrots
  • 1 (1 inch) piece ginger root
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup fresh parsley


  1. Process apple, celery, lemon, carrots, ginger, spinach, and parsley through a high-speed juicer. Pour into a glass, stir, and enjoy immediately.
Mealthy tip:

Add a 1-inch piece of anti-inflammatory turmeric root to this juice for an additional healthy boost! Look for turmeric root in the produce section of your grocery store, often near the more "exotic" ingredients.
