Mealthy Tip

Try blending this watermelon-cucumber juice with a cup of ice for a refreshing slushy. The juice would also be delicious as part of a cocktail: add 1/4 cup to a gin and tonic, or serve the concoction spiked with a shot of vodka or tequila for happy hour!

Ever since my wife and I bought a juice maker we've been trying out these recipes. This one is one of my favorites. Cucumber and watermelon together are incredibly refreshing. The lime also added a nice zesty flavor. This is surely going to be on regular rotation at my house.
