  • 3 ripe tomatoes
  • 3 carrots
  • ½ cup fresh parsley
  • 1 lemon, peeled
  • 3 celery stalks
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste


  1. Process tomatoes, carrots, parsley, lemon, and celery through a high-speed juicer. Pour into a glass, stir, sprinkle with pepper, and enjoy immediately.
Mealthy tip:

It's 5 o'clock somewhere - stir in a pinch of salt and a shot of vodka to make the freshest Bloody Mary in town! Be sure to serve with additional celery stalks for stirring.
