Pineapple Kale Smoothie


  • ¼ large pineapple, chopped (or 1 cup frozen cubes)
  • 2 kale leaves, de-ribbed
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • ¼ avocado
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon honey


For best results, we recommend using:


  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth, 30 to 45 seconds. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately. Alternately, place ingredients in the chopper attachment of an immersion blender and blend until smooth.
Mealthy tip:

Avocado adds healthy fats and creaminess to smoothies. You can also substitute half of a banana to get the same creamy texture and more potassium. Alternatively, add a quarter cup of plain yogurt or coconut yogurt for more protein and a probiotic boost.
